Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item:

Important:
We are not liable for lost return parcels. Please use tracked shipping and consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
WARRANTY
Caffeniti provides a standard manufacturer warranty of 5 years, consistent with Kamira SRL (Italy).
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be retained.
The 5-year warranty applies to products with patent defects, provided that the product has been used correctly and for its intended purpose (see technical documentation).
