1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1 – The contract between Caffeniti and the Customer is deemed concluded upon the purchase of any product from Caffeniti.
1.2 – By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms they have read all information provided during the purchasing process and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Purchasing Process

2.1 – Products purchased from www.caffeniti.com.au may vary from accompanying images. Descriptions are provided as general information only and may not fully represent specific product features such as colour, size, or included accessories.
2.2 – Upon placing an order through www.caffeniti.com.au, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include the date and time of purchase and an order number, which must be referenced in any subsequent communication with Caffeniti.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 – Credit Card Payments: Payment is debited at the time the order is completed.
3.2 – Caffeniti reserves the right to request additional verification details from the Customer (e.g., contact number, copy of identification, or proof of card ownership). If these are not provided, Caffeniti reserves the right to decline the order.
3.3 – At no time does Caffeniti have access to, or store, the Customer’s credit card details. All transactions are processed securely via the banking institution that handles the payment.

6. Privacy

6.1 – Customer personal data collected during the order process is used solely for fulfilling purchase requirements. Caffeniti complies with the Privacy Act 1988 in all handling of personal information.
6.2 – If you receive any communication from Caffeniti, or through Caffeniti’s systems, that you believe to be spam, please report it to info@caffeniti.com.au for investigation.
6.3 – Caffeniti may occasionally send promotional materials or notifications that we believe may be of interest, such as special offers or customer surveys.
6.4 – Customers may manage cookies through their browser settings; however, blocking or deleting cookies may affect access to some Caffeniti services. Note that this may not disable all tracking or targeted content. 6.5 – To opt out of promotional communications, Customers may update their account preferences or follow the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or SMS. 6.6 – If you have linked social media accounts to your Caffeniti account, you may remove these links at any time by updating your account settings.
